Ensuring the safety of the children you’d be working with is, of course, imperative and as such, we will always make sure that safeguarding checks are completed before any assignment commences.

We verify documents required to complete identity checks.
All candidates have a confirmed Right to Work in the UK.
All candidates have an Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child/Child & Adult Workforce) to ensure they are safe to work with children and/or young people.
All candidates will have at least two references covering at least a two-year period.
All candidates are given access to a free online Safeguarding Children course, which includes information on the Keeping Children Safe in Education - Part 1 (2025) statutory guidance
