Twenty 4 Seven Education have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant, inspirational, and qualified MFL Teacher to work within a Secondary School in Tonbridge, Kent. This full time role is to start September on permanent contract teaching German and French.

Your new role:
You will need to plan and deliver engaging German and French lessons across the key stages. You will also need to monitor and assess pupils to ensure pupil progress. The Modern Foreign Languages Department at the School aims to foster a love of language in their students and provide them with practical communicative skills for use in the future. They seek to develop students’ curiosity about the world around them and the richness of the cultures of the people who live in it. Students study grammar and linguistic structures that enhance their knowledge of their own language, and practise a variety of skills within the curriculum that can be applied to a wide range of future pathways.

The ideal candidate:
* Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QLTS)
* This role is also suitable for ECTs looking for a supportive School to complete their induction year
* Have good German and French subject knowledge and experience of teaching across the key stages
* Be able to plan and deliver thought provoking lessons
* Monitor and assess pupils effectively to ensure pupil progress
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong classroom and behaviour management
