Twenty 4 Seven Education is thrilled to be working alongside this excellent primary school located in Gravesend, Kent. They are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Teaching Assistant to work within their classrooms supporting the classroom teacher and working with small groups of pupils to complete set learning activities.

The school is run by a dedicated team of staff who work together to inspire their pupils through their own passion for learning. They are looking for someone who will continue to demonstrate this passion and evolve and learn alongside the pupils.

The Role
The successful candidate will be given a fixed-term contract starting in September, with the possibility of this becoming permanent. They will be working term-time from 8:30 to 15:30 on weekdays.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will
Work with pupils of variant learning abilities
Assist the pupils in accessing the curriculum
Assist the pupils in making progress academically, socially, and personally
Get to know the pupils and learn how to support them further in the best way possible
Ensure the pupil’s safety and supervise and assist their access to learning activities
Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities alongside the classroom teacher

The successful candidate:
Will be enthusiastic approachable and passionate
Will have experience working within an educational setting
Will have a good command of the English language
Will be able to implement and adapt learning activities
Experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Teaching Assistant’s qualifications are also desirable but not essential
