The school

The role
The successful candidate will be calm and positive and will work to help support pupils to develop and thrive. They will be working with very small groups, supporting students with their daily school life as well as helping them to access their curriculum and help them reach their potential.

The successful candidate:
Will be kind, patient, and supportive
Will have experience working in similar roles
Will have a good command of the English language
Will have a passion for helping individuals and a desire to help them succeed
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
