A vibrant and innovative Alternative Provision in Kidderminster is seeking a full time confident, resilient, flexible and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to start ASAP on a temp to perm basis. You will be joining their behaviour and pastoral team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate individual who is willing to work hard to support the young people at the school in line with their Positive Behaviour Policy. All pupils have been identified with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), the majority of pupils have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH).

Main duties:
The role will involve de-escalating challenging behaviour, providing interventions and tracking behavioural incidents around the school. You will be an integral part of the school, helping children shape their methods of communication into socially appropriate interactions, preparing them for success and happiness in life after school.
