Job Description

Twenty 4 Seven Recruitment is a long-established Education recruitment business that works with leading-edge technology in order to ensure that our candidates follow a robust, efficient and safe compliance process. We are looking for a driven, organised and detail focused individual with excellent communication skills to join our busy team as a Recruitment Resourcer. Together with our existing team you will work in partnership with schools across the Birmingham area and be accountable for:

 

  • The onboarding and compliance of all new registered candidates
  • Taking an active part in the registration process ensuring that processing referencing, document gathering, DBS checks, CV’s and so on is completed swiftly
  • In addition, you will ensure that all existing workers remain compliant
  • Taking a pro-active role in ensuring client relationships, including compliance and document collection, are managed professionally
  • Good communication skills are essential in this role through
  • Working with colleagues in the compliance team, following clear KPI’s and targets ensuring that a consistent talent pool is available to the business
  • Regular reviews of candidate progress with each Recruitment Consultant
  • Reporting to senior management on KPI’s and targets, legal updates and opportunities for process development

 

Our candidate’s journey is managed through a mixture of online platforms that link to our in-house CRM, supporting you in your role and you will work closely with the Head of Compliance, Recruitment and Operations to ensure that we remain up to date with any legislative changes and be responsible for ensuring these are implemented and communicated throughout the business. If you are considering a career in recruitment, we would prefer you to have:

 

  • At least 12 months experience gained within an administration role
  • Previous experience of recruitment compliance would be desirable, though not essential for the right candidate
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Drive and determination to achieve KPl’s and meet targets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to be a customer service and brand ambassador to represent our highly regarded reputation
  • Strong relationship building skills
