Cover Supervisor Secondary – Birmingham – September 2023

Twenty4Seven Education have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational, dedicated Cover supervisor to teach at a Secondary School in Birmingham. This role is to start ASAP but we also have opportunities starting in September.

The School:
There are currently a number of schools in Birmingham who are all currently seeking Cover Supervisors who will be teaching KS3/KS4 classes. They are looking for Cover Supervisors who can constantly engage students in their work and monitor the class at the same time.

Your new role:
You will need to help deliver lessons to pupils to ensure pupils develop their skills. Your role would include supervising a whole class whilst delievering an engaging lesson. You will also be required to monitor the progression of students to ensure that they are developing their knowledge.

The ideal candidate:
\* Have good subject knowledge and experience of teaching across KS3 and KS4 in a UK school setting
\* Be able to deliver engaging lessons
\* Monitor and assess pupils effectively to ensure pupil progress
\* Excellent communication skills
\* Strong classroom and behaviour management
\*A valid enhanced DBS check on the update service (or be willing to process one with us)
