Cover Supervisor – Rugby – ASAP

Twenty 4 Seven Education work with local Secondary Schools for their staffing requirements. Our clients are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work for daily supply and short/long term roles in Rugby, Warwickshire.

It is a class based role where you will manage the classroom whilst the teacher is absent. You will be supervising and supporting classes across all key stages & subjects delivering pre-set work. You will need to manage behaviour of all students and follow the school behaviour policy.

You are not required to have a particular subject specialism but you will need to demonstrate good communication skills and be comfortable supporting any subject on the national curriculum. All qualifications and experience will be considered as well as confident recent graduates looking for a new and exciting role.

At Twenty 4 Seven Education we offer a free half day training workshop to prepare you for this role and ongoing support whilst you are in your placements. This course will cover all aspects of the role and what to expect whilst working in a school environment.
