Daily Supply – SEN Teaching Assistant – Worcester

Are you passionate about working with children? Would you like to work as a Teaching Assistant in a wide range of SEN Schools in Worcester and surrounding areas? Do you have experience of supporting pupils with SEN needs, in particular children with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)?

Twenty 4 Seven Education are looking to appoint someone who:
**Has experience working with pupils with SEN, especially SEMH
**Is dedicated to working with children and raising attainment
** Has an understanding of working with pupils on a whole class, group and 1:1 basis
** Is capable of leading small group interventions and supporting children 1:1
** Can be an excellent team player with fantastic communication skills
** Demonstrate good behaviour management
** Will be a reliable and friendly face to the children and staff

Teaching assistant requirements:
** Experience of working in a similar role (a recognised teaching assistant qualification would be advantageous but not essential)
** Available for daily supply (happy for advanced bookings and/or standby calls)
** Right to work in the UK
** Enhanced DBS registered to the update service or willingness to obtain a new certificate
** Safeguarding training within the last 12 months (if you haven’t we provide a free course once you’ve undergone our relevant compliance checks)
