Job Description

Daily Supply – Teaching Assistant – Worcestershire 

Locations: Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Stourport-on-Severn, Redditch, Droitwich, Worcester, Malvern, Evesham and surrounding areas
Pay rate: £60-£80
Start date: ASAP

Are you passionate about working with children? Would you like to work as a Teaching Assistant in a wide range of Primary and/or SEN Schools in Worcestershire? Do you have experience of supporting pupils with SEN needs including Autism, SEMH and/or complex needs such as a physical disability /sensory impairment?

Twenty 4 Seven Education are looking to appoint someone who:
** Has experience working with pupils in a mainstream Primary School or a SEN School
** Is dedicated to working with children and supporting the class teacher
** Has an understanding of working with pupils on a whole class, group and 1:1 basis
** Can be an excellent team player with fantastic communication skills
** Demonstrate good behaviour management
** Will be a reliable and friendly face to the children and staff

Teaching assistant requirements:
** Experience of working in a similar role is crucial (a recognised teaching assistant qualification would be advantageous but not essential)
** Available for daily supply (happy for advanced bookings and/or standby calls)
** Right to work in the UK
** Enhanced DBS registered to the update service or willingness to obtain a new certificate
** Safeguarding training within the last 12 months (if you haven’t we provide a free course once you’ve undergone our relevant compliance checks)
