Drama Teacher – Coventry – ASAP

Twenty 4 Seven Education have an exciting opportunity for a remarkable, enthusiastic and qualified Drama Teacher to teach within a Secondary School in Coventry. This full time role is to start ASAP until July in the first instance.

The School:

Your new role:
You need to plan and deliver dynamic lessons that inspire creativity in students. They should provide opportunities for students to make and understand drama, recognising it as a practical art form in which ideas and meaning are communicated to an audience through choices of form, style and convention. You will need to monitor and assess pupils to ensure they achieve good grades and meet expectations if not exceed them.

The ideal candidate:
*Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QLTS)
* Have good subject knowledge and experience of teaching across KS3 and KS4 in a UK school setting
*Be able to plan, deliver and mark engaging lessons
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong classroom and behaviour management
*A valid enhanced DBS check on the update service (or be willing to process one with us)
