I am working with secondary schools in Coventry and surrounding areas to recruit good to outstanding Early Career Teachers (ECTs). I am looking for energetic teachers who want to motivate pupils and see them excel within their classroom.  You must have excellent subject knowledge in your chosen subject and experience in teaching at KS3 and KS4 level,  KS5 experience would be beneficial but this is not essential. You must be able to demonstrate excellent classroom management and behavioural management skills.

As an ECT you will no doubt be weighing up what type of teaching role you want and what/where your ideal setting will be. Would you prefer a small rural secondary school or a large academy in a bustling city or a specialist SEN provision?
