Head of Girls’ PE and Games/Assistant Director of Sport – Coventry – September

Paid – To scale plus C3 (£4,484 per annum)

A leading Independent School are seeking to appoint a full time permanent Head of Girls’ PE and Games/Assistant Director of Sport with responsibility for Girls’ PE and Games. The successful candidate will be line managed and led by the Director of Sport, and responsible for leading the girls’ games and PE department ensuring that the department runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, teaching and learning within the department is of a high standard and that all school policy and practice, with particular regard to health and safety, is followed.

You will be responsible for individually and team-teaching PE and games to a variety of classes from Year 7 – 13 as well as arranging, supporting and attending the fixture list and cocurricular programmes.
