Job Description

IT Technical Support

 

Twenty4Seven education are currently seeking a IT Technical Support to begin in September and based in Rugby. This role is full time, 40 hours a week. This role is based within a school.

About the role:

·         To proactively monitor and respond to IT helpdesk tickets

·         Assist in the installation, configuration and the testing of hardware

·         To provide IT training and support for staff and students including instructing students in the basic use of software programmes as necessary

·         Checking new computer equipment on arrival, set up & install as directed

·         Maintain desktop, laptops, iPads and tablets for all users

·         To change staff and student passwords as required

·         Provide support and advice to staff in the operation of IT equipment

Requirements:

·         Preferably experience working within a school setting

·         Two professional references

·         A right to work in the UK

·         Great subject knowledge
