Long Term Teaching Assistant – Kidderminster

On behalf of a ‘Good’ Ofsted rated mainstream Primary School in Kidderminster, we are urgently recruiting a caring and resilient Teaching Assistant to support pupils on a long term basis. This exciting new full time role is to start ASAP and it will be until Easter in the first instance however, there is a strong possibility for this amazing opportunity to be extended.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will be approachable, empathetic, calm, patient. You will have the ability to hold pupil attention and focus and possess excellent communication skills to promote positive learning experiences.

Teaching assistant requirements:
**Experience of working in a similar role (a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification would be advantageous but not essential)
**Demonstrate good behaviour management
**Available to commit full time ASAP until April (in the first instance)
** Right to work in the UK
**Enhanced DBS registered to the update service or willingness to obtain a new certificate
**Safeguarding training within the last 12 months (if you haven’t we provide a free course once you’ve undergone our relevant compliance checks)
