In preparation for the new academic year and to fulfil the demand for daily and short/long term cover, we are now recruiting vibrant, nurturing and dependable Teaching Assistants for a Special Needs School in Stourbridge. This ‘Good’ Ofsted rated SEN School caters for pupils aged 3-19 with complex needs, severe learning difficulties, including autism and pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD.)

Whether, you are a Teaching Assistant who is available part time or full time, every week or every couple of weeks – your experienced friendly consultant will be committed in finding you supply work to suit your needs!

To work at this School you must have a Child and Adult Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service and have a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification

Teaching Assistant requirements:
* A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification eg. CACHE Level 2/3 Certificate in Support Teaching and Learning or equivalent
* Experience of supporting pupils in a similar role including those identified with having special educational needs – in particular children with PMLD
* Have high expectations of students to ensure they reach their full potential
* Child and Adult Enhanced DBS certificate registered to the update service or willingness to obtain a new certificate
