Primary Supply Teacher
Job Description
Twenty 4 Seven Education are currently experiencing high demand for daily supply teacher cover in primary schools across Coventry. The work is suitable for experienced or newly qualified teachers. Supply teaching is a great opportunity for Early Careers Teachers to gain experience by teaching in different types of schools.
We work with a wide range of schools and can accommodate your personal work preferences, for example year group choice, part-time and full-time availability.
Requirements of the primary supply teacher role:
· Available to start ASAP
· It is essential that you have Qualified Teacher Status
· Previous experience working within a UK Primary School
· Experience of teaching in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
· Experience of working with children with EAL and/or SEN is admirable but not essential
· To be passionate, forward thinking, imaginative and creative
· To be reliable, organised and punctual
· Deliver lessons in an enthusiastic style to ensure pupil engagement
· Support and challenge pupils to ensure pupil progress
· Effective classroom and behaviour management
· Being adaptable and able to fit in quickly with the policies and processes in schools
To be eligible to work with Twenty 4 Seven Education, you must:
– Hold Right to Work in the UK
– Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
– Provide two professional references covering the past 2 years
