Primary Teacher – Redditch – September

A lovely First School in Redditch are seeking a full time enthusiastic and reliable Teacher. This exciting new role is a maternity leave cover to start September 2022 until July 2023. The year group is yet to be confirmed as there is some flexibility at the school, so whether your experience is in the Early Years, KS1 or KS2 please apply.

The School:

Forest School is motivational, fun and exciting which in turn enhances children’s learning and development.

Our ideal Primary Teacher:
** Hold a UK teaching qualification: qualified teacher status (QTS)
** Approachable, versatile and has a real passion for teaching and learning
** Have a natural flair for delivering creative and stimulating lessons that children enjoy and inspires their love of learning
** Give regular feedback to support pupils with their learning
** Monitor and assess pupils to ensure they meet expectations if not exceed them
** Have high expectations of every child’s behaviour, progress and achievements
** Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management
** Have good organisation skills
** Have UK teaching experience and a strong understanding of the Early Years and/or National Curriculum
** Are eligible to work in the UK
** Possesses an enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one
