Psychology & HSC Teacher –Leamington Spa– September

** Start date – September
** Contract – Full time, Permanent
** Salary – Main Pay Scale (M1-U3)
** Location – Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Twenty 4 Seven Education have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, thought provoking, reliable and qualified Psychology and Health and Social Care (HSC) Teacher to work within a Secondary School in Lamington Spa. This full time role is to start September on permanent contract.

Your new role:
You will need to plan and deliver engaging Psychology and Health and Social Care lessons across the key stages. You will also need to monitor and assess pupils to ensure pupil progress.  Students will gain knowledge of the life stages and how health and well being is impacted. In addition, the study of Psychology will enable students to become well-rounded individuals, gaining self-awareness and deeper understanding of the world around them.

The ideal candidate:
* Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QLTS)
* This role is also suitable for ECTs looking for a supportive School to complete their induction year
* Have good Psychology and HSC subject knowledge and experience of teaching across the key stages
* Be able to plan and deliver thought provoking lessons
* Monitor and assess pupils effectively to ensure pupil progress
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong classroom and behaviour management
