Twenty 4 Seven Education have an exciting opportunity for an empowering, though-provoking and qualified RE Teacher to teach within a Secondary School in Coventry. This full time role is to start September on a Temp to Perm contract.

Your new role:
You will need to plan and deliver inspirational lessons that allow pupils to reflect, express and justify their own opinions in light of them learning about religion. They need to develop their own values and attitudes in order to recognise their rights and responsibilities in light of their learning about and from religions and beliefs. They need to relate their learning to the wider world, gaining a sense of personal autonomy in preparation for adult life. Lastly, develop skills that are useful in a wide range of careers and in adult life generally, especially skills of critical enquiry, creative problem solving and communication in a variety of media.
The ideal candidate:
*Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QLTS)
* Have good subject knowledge and experience of teaching across KS3 and KS4 in a UK school setting
*Be able to plan, deliver and mark engaging lessons
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong classroom and behaviour management
*A valid enhanced DBS check on the update service (or be willing to process one with us)
