School Administrator – SEN Schools – Birmingham – ASAP
Location: Lea Hall, Handsworth, Erdington, Kingstanding, Sutton Coldfield, Castle Bromwich, Selly Oak, Northfield, Kings Heath, Moseley, Shirley, Sheldon, Solihull and surrounding areas
Pay rate: £80 per day
To fulfil the demand for short/long term cover, Twenty4Seven Education are now recruiting reliable and dedicated School Administrators for SEN Schools in Birmingham. Successful candidates will provide high quality administrative support to the Headteacher, SLT, Business Manager and/or staff. Duties will include taking responsibility for the day to day management and delivery of the school’s administration requirements including school reception duties, finance, personnel and premises.

The ideal candidate:
* Recent experience conducting administrative tasks in a school
* Experience of reception work
* Experience of using database application including SIMS (School Information Management System)
* Good level of skills for Microsoft packages (Word, Excel etc.)
* Working knowledge of Data Protection and Confidentiality
* Show commitment to providing high quality administrative and financial support and manage financial administration procedures
* Knowledge, understanding and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
* Flexible approach and positive attitude towards work
* Good attendance record and excellent time keeping
