School Receptionist – Nuneaton – ASAP

Twenty 4 Seven Education currently have a Secondary School in Nuneaton who are looking for a full time School Receptionist. You will be working 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday, starting after Easter until the end of May in the first instance.

Twenty 4 Seven Education have been asked by this ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rated Secondary School to provide a suitably qualified Receptionist for their School office. As a result, we are looking for the right person that has proven experience of working in a similar school environment.

Your new role:
The School Reception is a very busy and fast paced environment. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting parents/carers, visitors and pupils as well as answering and transferring calls and taking messages and ensuring safeguarding procedures are adhered too. You will also be responsible for inputting pupil data into SIMs and general administration duties.

• SIMS or similar experience
• Good attention to detail
• Flexibility
• Organisation skills
