Twenty 4 Seven Education are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistants for a variety of TA roles in Secondary Schools across Coventry. We specialise in daily supply, short/long term roles and permanent contracts. Whether you are looking for part time or full time we can help.

You will be able to provide support across the age range assisting the children with their daily tasks set by the teacher. You will be able to help pupils develop, working on a whole class/group/1:1 basis. You will be able to help promote a safe and stimulating learning environment.

In addition, if you are looking to gain experience at leading classes we are also recruiting Cover Supervisors. In this role you will be expected to lead classes, delivering pre-planned lessons, ensure pupils stay on task and manage any behaviour that arises. At Twenty 4 Seven Education, we offer a free half day CPD Workshop to learn about becoming a Cover Supervisor.

Twenty 4 Seven Education are looking to appoint someone who:
** Has Teaching Assistant experience in a School setting or a recent graduate that has the desire to gain experience in a School
** Is dedicated to working with children and supporting the class teacher
** Has an understanding of working with pupils on a whole class, group and 1:1 basis
** Can be an excellent team player with fantastic communication skills
** Demonstrate good behaviour management
** Will be a reliable and friendly face to the children and staff

Teaching Assistant requirements:
** A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification would be advantageous but not essential)
** Right to work in the UK
** Enhanced DBS registered to the update service or willingness to obtain a new certificate
** Safeguarding training within the last 12 months (if you haven’t we provide a free course once you’ve undergone our relevant compliance checks)
