Job Description

Teaching Assistant – Kidderminster – ASAP

** Are you passionate about working with children?
** Would you like to work as a Teaching Assistant in a range of Primary and/or SEN Schools in Kidderminster and surrounding areas?
** Have you had experience supporting mainstream students in the EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2?
** Do you have experience of supporting pupils with SEND needs including Autism, SEMH and/or complex needs such as a physical disability /sensory impairment?

We have both day to day supply work and long term roles available, in our lovely schools in Kidderminster and surrounding areas.

Twenty 4 Seven Education are looking to appoint someone who:
** Is dedicated to working with children and supporting the class teacher
** Has experience of supporting pupils on a whole class, group and 1:1 basis
** Can be an excellent team player with fantastic communication skills
** Demonstrate good behaviour management
** Will be a reliable and friendly face to the children and staff

Teaching assistant requirements:
** Experience of working in a similar role is crucial (a recognised teaching assistant qualification would be advantageous but not essential)
** Right to work in the UK
** Enhanced DBS registered to the update service or willingness to obtain a new certificate
** Safeguarding training within the last 12 months (if you haven’t we provide a free course once you’ve undergone our relevant compliance checks)
