As our marketing and social media manager you will be responsible for helping our new company grow its presence nationally and within our established office counties. Twenty4Seven Education is a Education Recruitment company with offices in Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester, Thanet and London. We are looking for someone who is looking to match their career path to the company’s and come in to help drive the brand of Twenty4Seven Education.
– Plan, create and manage content across all social media platforms (including press releases/blogs and National Education updates)
– Run and organise marketing events both in person and online
– Work with all offices to create internal and external marketing initiatives and campaigns
– Help build the company’s online presence
– Expanding the marketing team and management of others alongside company growth
– Organising and designing marketing material and working with an excellent marketing budget
– Collecting and monitoring data for engagement and market research
You will regularly create content for all of our social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin & other valuable social media sites. We need a creative thinker who is able to think outside of the box while having total freedom to be expressive.
This position is a flexible position with regards to hours and can be negotiated based on the suitability for the successful person. There is the option to work from both home and within our office which is in the heart of Cardiff City Centre.

Job Type: Full-time (37.5hrs per week flexible working hours to compliment business requirements)
Salary: £20k pa (negotiable based on hours and suitability)
Bonuses: Negotiable targets leading to financial bonuses and a pay rise on completion of 6 month probation period.
