**September Start, till the end of the academic year
Twenty4Seven Education is thrilled to be working alongside this lovely and inviting primary school located in Rhondda Cynon Taf. They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work within a class supporting the classroom teacher with classroom management and delivering learning activities.

The Role
The successful candidate will begin working in September until the end of the academic year, working weekdays during term time from 8:30 to 15:30. They will work in the class supporting students in their day-to-day school life as well as supporting the classroom teacher.
As a Learning Support Assistant you will:
Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum
Assist pupils in making progress academically, socially, and personally
Get to know the pupil and learn how to support them further in the best way possible
Provide feedback to pupils to assist their development under the guidance of the teacher
Discuss and put into action strategies to support the pupil with the teacher
The successful candidate:
Will be compassionate, enthusiastic, and caring
Will have experience working in similar roles
Will have experience working within an educational setting
Will have a good command of the English language
Will be able to implement and adapt learning activities
Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential
