Twenty4seven education is looking for a qualified or experienced teaching assistant to work in this lovely primary school located in a residential area in Bridgend. They are looking for someone to work within their class supporting the classroom teacher and working alongside the teacher to provide the best support for each child.

They are looking for a qualified or experienced teaching assistant who will bring their own passion for learning and encourage the pupils in all aspects of their school life.

The role
The successful candidate will work full-time during term-times on weekdays from 8:30 to 15:30. They will be working with a class as a general teaching assistant and will sometimes take small groups or one-to-one with pupils to compete learning activities set by the classroom teacher.

As a Teaching Assistant you will:
Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum
Assist pupils in developing academically, socially, and personally
Get to know the pupils and learn the best ways to support them
Prepare and perform learning activities set by the teacher
Assist the classroom teacher in preparing the classroom and any admin

The successful candidate:
Will be passionate, kind, and dedicated
Will have experience working within an educational setting
Will have a good command of the English language
Will have experience working in a similar role
Will have relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications
