Twenty4Seven Education is looking for a sports coach to work within this inviting and modern primary school located in Rhondda Cynon Taf. They are looking for a sports coach to work with the children coaching them in a variety of sports and physical activities.

The school
The school prides itself on providing a wide and stimulating curriculum for all pupils where pupils are given the opportunity to explore and grow in a safe and caring environment. The dedicated team of staff work to create a safe and secure environment developing themselves and their teaching alongside the pupil’s personal growth. The school works within their community to create a school that pupils and parents can be proud of. They are looking for a passionate and dedicated sports coach who will bring a passion for physical education and will coach pupils in a variety of sports and activities helping them grow and develop.

The role
The successful candidate will begin working in September and will work Weekdays during term time. They will work with a variety of ages and abilities coaching them through a multitude of sports and activities.

As a sports coach you will:
Plan and deliver a range of sports sessions
Inspire young people to live and lead active and healthy lifestyles
Teach lessons in line with Ofsted criteria and the PE national curriculum
Work closely with Schools and Staff to build positive relationships
Contribute to the overall ethos of the school and ensure all the children are happy and safe in school

The successful candidate:
Will be enthusiastic, passionate, and confident
Will have experience coaching or teaching
Will have a good command of the English language
Will have a good understanding of a variety of sports
Will be able to plan and execute physical activities for groups of pupils
