The School:
This thriving and constantly improving school in Newport is currently seeking a qualified Math teacher who will be teaching KS3/KS4 classes. They are looking for a teacher who can constantly engage students in their work and help them progress.

Your new role:
You will need to plan and deliver dynamic Math lessons to pupils to ensure pupils develop their skills and how Maths can be applied in our everyday lives. You will also be required to monitor the progression of students to ensure that they are developing their knowledge.

The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QLTS) with Math as a discipline
* Have good subject knowledge and experience of teaching across KS3 and KS4 in a UK school setting
* Be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons
* Monitor and assess pupils effectively to ensure pupil progress
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have strong classroom and behaviour management
*Hold a valid enhanced DBS check on the update service (or be willing to process one with us)

*Be registered with the EWC (Education Workforce Council)
