Twenty4Seven Education is looking for a passionate and experienced teaching assistant to work in this lovely primary school located in Rhondda Cynon Taf. They are looking for a teaching assistant to work in their year 3 class supporting the classroom teacher and taking small groups of pupils to complete set learning activities.

The Role

The successful candidate will begin working as soon as possible this is a term-time role from 8:30 to 15:30 on weekdays excluding school holidays. They will work in the year 3 class supporting the classroom teacher and helping

As a Teaching Assistant you will:

• Work within the classroom supporting the classroom teacher
• Work to support each pupil to the best of their ability
• Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum
• Assist pupils in day-to-day school life
• Get to know the pupils and work alongside the teacher to support the pupil in the most effective way
• Complete learning activities with small groups of pupils

The successful candidate:

• Will be kind, passionate, and dedicated
• Will have an understanding of how to support children with their academic and personal development
• Will have a minimum of 3 months of experience working within an educational setting or working with young people.
• Will have a good command of the English language.
• Teaching Assistant qualifications are also desirable but not essential
