Twenty4Seven Education is looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to work in this inviting and modern primary school located in Cardiff. They are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within their year 6 class supporting the classroom teacher and working with small groups of pupils to complete set learning activities.

They are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with their year 6 class supporting the pupils and creating an engaging and enjoyable learning environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will begin working as soon as possible and will be working weekdays during term time from 8:30-15:30. They will be working as a teaching assistant within the year 6 class supporting the classroom teacher and working with small groups of pupils to complete set learning activities.
As a Teaching Assistant you will:
Work within the classroom supporting the classroom teacher
Work to support each pupil to the best of their ability
Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum
Assist pupils in day-to-day school life
Get to know the pupils and work alongside the teacher to support the pupil in the most effective way
Work with small groups of pupils and complete set learning activities
Work with pupils who are struggling with the curriculum
The successful candidate:
Will be kind, passionate, and dedicated
Will have an understanding of how to support children with their academic and personal development
Will have a minimum of 3 months of experience working within an educational setting or working with young people.
Will have a good command of the English language.
Teaching Assistant qualifications are also desirable but not essential
