Trainee Teaching Assistant – Newport and Caerphilly

Twenty4Seven Education are recruiting for Trainee Teaching Assistants in the Newport and Caerphilly area.

We offer a wealth of both CPD and paid experience within local schools meaning you can train to be a Teaching Assistant and gain valuable experience to help secure a permanent role. Our CPD provider, Staff Skills Academy, offers discounted courses such as Level 2 Teaching Assistant Diploma, The Complete Teaching Assistant Diploma, Becoming a Higher Level Teaching Assistant and many more courses that will support you in your education based career. You are able to study these online alongside paid work within local primary schools. This is a unique opportunity to earn while you train and build relationships with local schools who will be recruiting throughout the rest of this academic year.

You are able to work just a few days each week, or up to full-time and can pick and choose which days you’re free and which schools you work in. You are able to decide which age groups you support and can gain experience supporting special educational needs if that is something you’re interested in. We have a team of exceptionally supportive and experienced consultants who will help you through the registration process and ensure you’re happy with your placements.

All applicants will require at least grate A*-C in GCSE Maths and English.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
