Year 1 Teacher

**Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf

**Full time

**ASAP Start, to the end of the academic

**QTS or NQT required

Twenty4Seven Education is thrilled to be working alongside this
excellent primary school located in Rhondda Cynon Taf. They are
looking for a dedicated and hard-working teacher to work in their
Year 1 class delivering engaging and stimulating lessons following
the school’s rich and varied curriculum.

The School

needed to drive their future in this ever-changing and diverse
world. They are looking for a Teacher to work within their Year 1
class who will show a passion for learning and dedication towards
their pupil’s development.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the staff to
provide a series of Lessons following the curriculum set. They will
begin in as soon as possible and work until the end of the academic
year with the possibility of this becoming permanent. They will
work weekdays during the term time from 8:30 to 15:30. The
successful candidate will provide lessons for a range of abilities
and will adapt the lesson plans to better suit and support the
needs of the students.

The ideal candidate:

  • Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QLTS)
  • This role is also suitable for ECTs looking for a supportive
    school to complete their induction year
  • Able to teach National Curriculum
  • Be adaptable, organised, dynamic, and hardworking
  • Understand the requirements for high-quality teaching and have
    a desire to positively impact students learning and achieve
    highly
  • Strong classroom and behavior management
  • Be able to use ICT in all aspects of your work and embrace new
    technologies and ideas that enhance learning
  • Have excellent administration skills and an ability to meet
    deadlines
  • Have good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Be a positive team player with a strong commitment to
    professional development
