Twenty4Seven Education are currently working alongside a primary school based in Beddau in who are looking for a behaviour learning support assistant to work at their school on a longer term basis.
The school are looking for a behaviour learning support assistant with the ability to be creative with activities that engage pupils with additional learning needs. Building trust with the team and the pupils is a vital part of the role to develop essential skills for the young pupils for life beyond education.
Twenty4Seven Education are seeking to appoint a behaviour learning support assistant that is up for a challenge, willing to work with the class teacher to provide a positive learning environment and someone that can really make a difference to children’s school experience.

The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have:
*A minimum 3 months experience supporting children or adults with special needs or challenging behaviour
*Experience in challenging behaviour or SEMH would be beneficial.
*Team teach trained is desirable
*The ability to follow instructions set by the class teacher and other team members
*Have a warm and patient nature
*The ability to build strong relationships and make the pupils in your care feel happy and safe
