Cover Supervisor – Cardiff – Full Time

Twenty4seven Education is recruiting a Cover Supervisor for pending posts in a range of Schools in the Cardiff area.

Whether you are an aspiring Future Teacher looking to gain experience in the classroom, a Post-Graduate looking for flexible working, or someone with experience working with children and want this to continue, being a Cover Supervisor could be perfect for you!

The successful candidate will have good knowledge of the National Curriculum and be able to deliver lessons across a variety of subjects. This is a great opportunity to enhance your professional development and build your confidence. Cover Supervisors are not required to have obtained Qualified Teacher Status however applicants will be subject to a vetting process, an Enhanced DBS check and Education Workforce Council registration. It is desirable for candidates to be flexible with travel so access to a car is beneficial but not essential.

Expectations:

Ability to build good relationships with both staff and pupils
Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
£75-£90 per day with hours approximately 8.30-3.30
Managing pupil behaviour
Collecting any completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher
