We are currently seeking reliable and responsible Exam Invigilators to join our secondary schools in Rugby. As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for maintaining a calm and orderly examination environment, supervising students during exams, and ensuring that all exam procedures are followed in accordance with exam board regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising students during exams and ensuring a calm and quiet environment is maintained.
Distributing and collecting exam papers, materials, and equipment.
Ensuring that students are adhering to exam board regulations and guidelines.
Reporting any misconduct or malpractice to the exams officer or senior leadership team.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of exam papers and materials.
Completing all required documentation and paperwork related to exams.
Assisting with setting up and clearing away the exam room.
Requirements:
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
A flexible approach to work and willingness to work on short notice.
Reliability and punctuality.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security of exam papers and materials.
Experience of working in a school environment, although training will be provided.
