We are now seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Class Teacher to join the team.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and creative EYFS Class Teacher to join a dynamic team. As the EYFS Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) students, aged 3 to 5. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and working closely with parents and colleagues to ensure each child’s development is maximized.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the diverse needs of EYFS students.
Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to support individual needs.
Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, fostering open communication and collaboration.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate cross-curricular activities and events.
Foster a love for learning and promote positive behavior management strategies within the classroom.
Keep up-to-date with current educational practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in the EYFS phase.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
Passionate about delivering high-quality education and promoting holistic development in young learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
A creative and innovative approach to teaching, using a range of strategies to engage and motivate students.
Ability to differentiate instruction and support students with diverse learning needs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
