At Twenty4Seven Education, we are currently seeking a full time qualified and passionate HLTA’s for Primary Schools in Coventry. This exciting new role is to start ASAP on a temp to perm basis.

Position Overview: They are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Primary School Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for our students. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the educational success of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Lead small group activities and interventions to support students’ academic progress.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respectful behaviour.
Good subject knowledge and understanding of KS2 and supporting children SEND needs or are disadvantaged.
Contribute to the development of classroom resources and teaching materials.
Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Supervise and support students during break times and school outings.
Help maintain a safe and tidy classroom environment.
Qualifications:

Minimum Level minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Child Care or equivalent
Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
A relevant First Aid qualification or be willing to undertake.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and patience when working with students with SEN.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
An understanding of safeguarding procedures in a school environment.
