Job Title: Part-Time KS1 Class Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to KS1 students, following the national curriculum guidelines.
Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and a sense of belonging.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and caregivers to update them on student progress and address any concerns.
Contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school, actively participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Experience working with KS1 students, preferably in a primary school setting.
A solid understanding of the national curriculum and assessment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Dedication to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of educational advancements.
Working Hours: This is a part-time position, with the working hours to be discussed during the interview process.
