We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to join an enthusiastic team of educators.

Job Description: As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students in Key Stage 2. You will inspire and engage young minds, fostering their academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and learning.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and facilitates positive relationships among students.
Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing timely feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture that promotes good behavior, respect for others, and a love for learning.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 or a solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
Passion for providing high-quality education and promoting a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated with current teaching methodologies.
