Learning Coach – Worcester/Kidderminster

Twenty 4 Seven Education are currently seeking dynamic Learning Coaches to support their additional needs learners on a temporary ongoing basis.

Role: Learning Coach

Location: Worcester/Kidderminster

Hours: Mon-Fri  8:30 – 3:30

Salary: £70-£90/day

Duration: Temporary with permanent opportunities for the right candidate

Learning Coaches support in the following areas:
– Communication Difficulties – BSL/Makaton PMLD & SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome etc.)
– 1:1 or small group support
– English & Maths support and other Level 3 qualifications

The Learning Coach Role:
– Supporting learners with mild-moderate learning difficulties/challenging behaviour to reach their academic potential
– Supporting with reading, scribing, wellbeing, encouragement and motivation in a variety of subjects
– Creating and reviewing SMART goals
– Supporting learners aged 13+

What the Learning Coach Will Need:
– Good Written & Verbal Communication
– Experience with SEN/Challenging Behaviours (PMLD & SEND – ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome etc.)
