The school:

This role is full-time to start ASAP or from January on a permanent basis. This role is term time only, 08:30 – 15:45. Salary on offer is £30,036 – £32,112. The school has onsite parking and easy access to public transport too.

Your new role:
The role consists of the oversight and management of the Main School Office, helping
students, visitors and callers to the school, including routine administration duties such
as typing correspondence, producing documents, processing post, bulk photocopying
and other miscellaneous administrative duties. The Office Manager will be working with
the existing Team of four including this post.

Ideal candidate:
·        A good level of education including English and Maths GCSE
·        Successful administrative or clerical experience, ideally in an educational background.
·        Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Software
·        Excellent communication and organisation skills
·        Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
·        Successful experience of working with the public, young people and colleagues.
·        Be personally committed to developing a distinctive and inclusive ethos in the school
·        Able to relate to students, staff, parents/carers and visitors in a positive and constructive way
