Role and Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and innovative lessons to KS2 students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and supports diverse learning styles.
Use various teaching methods to cater to the needs of individual students and promote their holistic development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and programs.
Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
Engage parents and caregivers in their child’s education, fostering a strong home-school partnership.
Requirements:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience teaching KS2 students.
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
Passionate about creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
