Role and Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons within your subject area(s) to secondary school students.
Create a supportive and challenging learning environment that encourages student participation and academic growth.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement engaging curricula and innovative teaching methods.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning needs.
Engage with parents and caregivers to foster strong partnerships and support student development.
Requirements:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience teaching at the secondary school level.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your area of expertise.
Ability to inspire and motivate students while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the school community.
