The Role: As an RE Teacher, you will have a unique opportunity to guide our students in the exploration of diverse religious traditions and ethical dilemmas. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver stimulating RE lessons that encourage students to explore different belief systems and ethical questions.
Create a classroom environment that promotes open dialogue, tolerance, and empathy.
Introduce students to a variety of world religions, philosophies, and moral dilemmas.
Assess and provide constructive feedback to support student understanding and engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall RE curriculum.
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Specialization in Religious Education, Theology, or related field.
Strong knowledge of the RE curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for promoting interfaith dialogue and understanding.
