Science teacher – Tonbridge/Sevenoaks

Are you an experienced Science teacher or ECT looking to develop your career in a great school with passion for helping students achieve their best?

** Science teacher to KS4

** Based in Tonbridge or Sevenoaks, Kent

** Grammar School

** MPS-UPS

** Full-time, permanent contract

** Start September 2022

We are seeking a Science Teacher to join a thriving, dynamic and forward-thinking Science department with a drive to motivate and inspire their students to achieve their full potential. The school is a grammar school split across two sites in Sevenoaks and Tonbridge.

To apply for this role, you must:

  • Hold UK QTS, QTLS, or an overseas teaching qualification including degree
  • Have good subject knowledge and classroom management
  • Have experience in teaching Science up to KS4
  • Prepare and deliver lessons to a range of classes of different ages and abilities
  • Mark work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of pupils’ progress and development
