SEN Cover Supervisor – Bromsgrove

A Cover Supervisor is required in an all through specialist school in Bromsgrove as soon as possible on an ongoing basis to manage a classroom of pupils while enabling a constructive learning environment. The students at the school have varying learning needs such as MLD, SLD, SEMH and Complex Needs and range from Nursery – Post 16. You will have experience working in a Special Needs setting as either a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor or Teacher.

You will be expected to;

Provide the pupils with work already set by the Teacher

Collect work after each lesson

Provide feedback where appropriate

Working as a Cover Supervisor is an ideal way of building on past school experience for those looking to gain a career in the education sector or go on to complete Teacher Training

Applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
