We at Twenty4seven are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant in the Cardiff area to have the opportunity to work in an established Primary School. The successful candidate will work one to one with a behaviour child in an early years sector and work under the direction of teachers/ senior staff, this will usually be within a classroom setting supporting the pupils and helping staff to meet the needs of the children. The role of the teaching assistant will help the classroom teacher and work towards meeting the children’s needs. The right candidates must be passionate about working with SEN children and be enthusiastic and driven to achieve the best outcomes. SEN experience is desirable but not essential.

Preferred skills or experience-

**Good understanding of child development and learning within SEN

**A good standard of genera; education (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)

**Good communication and interpersonal skills

**A calm, patient, and caring persona

**Ability to use basic technology

**Disclosure and barring services (DBS) is desirable

Experience: Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
