Do you enjoy working and supporting children through education?

Do you have a desire for working with children in the foundation stage?

We at Twenty4seven are looking for a teaching assistant in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area to have the opportunity to work in an established Primary School.
Successful candidates will work under the direction of teachers/ senior staff, this will usually be within a classroom setting supporting the pupils and helping staff to meet the needs of the children. The role of the teaching assistant will help the classroom teacher and work towards meeting the children’s needs. Previous experience is preferred but not essential, so if you are interested in a new change or challenge this could be the new opportunity for you.

The right candidates must be passionate about working with younger children and be enthusiastic and driven to achieve the best outcomes.

Preferred skills or experiences:

** A good understanding of children development

** Good communication and interpersonal skills

** A calm, patient and caring persona

** Ability to use basic technology

** Disclosure and barring services (DBS) is desirable
