Teaching assistant – Cardiff – Part time

Twenty4seven are looking for a Teaching Assistant in the Cardiff area to have the opportunity to work in an established Primary School. The position is to work in the foundation phase for 2-3 days a week.

*£69.20 per day

You will assist the classroom teacher and work towards the children’s agreed aims and objectives. Previous experience is desirable but is not essential as we believe in utilising transferable skills. Desirable skills or experience –

Level 2 and 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education Early Years
Sensitivity and understanding
Excellent verbal communication skills
To be able to carry out basis tasks on a computer or handheld device

The school is looking to appoint the right candidate to start after the Easter break. This job role is a temporary position. However, in some cases a permanent contract can arise at a later date.
